Rwanda | Burera: Sectors to get Television sets for Public Information

Burera District Administration has revealed that Public Televisions are going to be put up in all sectors that make Burera district, so that residents are informed of what is happening in Rwanda.

Normally, Rwanda television cannot be viewed in Burera district because of bad reception from weak antennas except if they are given free antennas from Star Times.

A resident who can’t afford star times subscription lament it’s so disturbing not to watch the only channel in the nation and know what’s happening in and outside the country.

The mayor of Burera district Samuel Sembagare notes that since Rwanda television will be in digital system, images will be clear to reach the viewers on the public televisions.

Though the mayor does not reveal the exact time when these television sets will be put up, Burera residents will be able to view clear pictures once they are installed.

“Residents in every sector of Burera will watch our leaders and all activities happening around the country,” he adds.

Mayor Sembagare asks sector leaders to prepare where TVs will be put and reminded residents to buy their own sets because they will be able to watch television easily this time.
